Entrusted with a comprehensive "concept-to-completion" mandate, ARG managed the entire lifecycle—from the initial architectural vision and detailed engineering to rigorous on-site supervision and final handover. By bridging technical precision with administrative leadership, we delivered a resilient, fully serviced commercial hub designed to meet the administrative needs of the West Jaintia Hills region.
Integrated Design and Infrastructure Planning The development of the Office Complex in West Jaintia Hills required a strategic approach to overcome the logistical challenges of the region while delivering modern commercial utility. ARG initiated the project by preparing the Detailed Project Report (DPR), which served as the strategic blueprint for construction. Our scope encompassed a holistic design package, delivering detailed drawings for Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC systems.
Beyond the building envelope, ARG engineered a self-sustaining site ecosystem. We designed essential infrastructure works including internal road networks, street lighting, public health (PH) engineering, and storm water management. To ensure operational continuity in the hilly terrain, we integrated robust utility systems such as Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), high-capacity transformers, and DG sets, guaranteeing that the complex remains functional and resilient under all conditions.
Financial Governance and Procurement Management To safeguard the project's financial health and ensure transparency, ARG managed the commercial lifecycle of the development. We prepared precise Cost Estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to set clear financial baselines. Furthermore, our team spearheaded the Bid Process Management, handling all bid documentation and providing critical assistance in the award of contract. This administrative leadership ensured that the project was procured efficiently, with qualified contractors selected to execute the work within budget constraints.
Rigorous Supervision and Quality Assurance Transitioning to the execution phase, ARG served as the guardian of quality and safety. We provided complete Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, implementing a strict regime of day-to-day supervision. Our teams managed material, manpower, and resource allocation to prevent delays and optimize productivity. We enforced stringent safety protocols and conducted regular inspections to detect and rectify defects immediately. From conducting required technical tests to the verification of bills, ARG’s end-to-end coordination ensured that the office complex was delivered to the highest standards of construction excellence.
