As the lead consultant, ARG delivered a comprehensive suite of services ranging from initial feasibility studies to the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR), laying the groundwork for a specialized industrial township that balances economic viability with modern urban planning standards.
Strategic Vision and Feasibility Analysis The development of the Leather Garden City was envisioned to be a cornerstone of industrial growth in the region, leveraging the state's "new Hi-tech Township Policy." ARG’s engagement began with a rigorous Feasibility Study to assess the technical, economic, and operational viability of the project. We prepared comprehensive planning and feasibility reports that analyzed market dynamics, land use requirements, and policy frameworks. This initial phase provided the client with the data-driven confidence required to proceed with such a large-scale development, ensuring the township would not only meet regulatory standards but also thrive as a competitive industrial hub.
Master Planning and Detailed Engineering Moving from concept to concrete planning, ARG executed the comprehensive preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR). This phase went beyond general zoning; it involved the creation of Detailed Architectural & Engineering drawings that translated the township's vision into a constructible reality. Our team designed a holistic ecosystem supported by robust infrastructure works essential for a self-sustaining industrial city. This scope included the detailed engineering of the internal road network, storm water drains, electrical works, and water supply works. By integrating these critical utilities with the industrial zoning, we ensured the "Garden City" concept was realized through sustainable land use and operational resilience.
Government Advisory and Strategic Cost Management Navigating the complexities of the Hi-tech Township Policy required specialized Government Advisory services. ARG acted as a strategic partner to the Office of the Executive Engineer, ensuring all planning activities adhered strictly to state regulations and policy mandates. Concurrently, we provided Strategic Cost Advisory, preparing detailed financial models and cost estimates. This dual focus on regulatory compliance and financial structuring ensured that the project was positioned for successful approval and long-term fiscal health.
