Integrated Project Development for Government Training Infrastructure (MIRT Phase-II)

Integrated Design and Infrastructure Planning The development of MIRT Phase-II required a consultant capable of navigating the complexities of institutional construction in a sensitive geographical context. ARG began the engagement by establishing a robust technical foundation through the preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR). Our scope went beyond the building envelope; we engineered a comprehensive, self-sustaining campus ecosystem. This included the detailed design of all core disciplines—Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC—ensuring the facility met modern safety and comfort standards.

Simultaneously, we addressed the critical need for resilient site infrastructure. ARG designed and planned the site’s internal road networks, public health (PH) engineering, and street lighting. To guarantee operational autonomy, we integrated sophisticated utility systems, including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), high-capacity transformers, and DG sets, ensuring the institute could function independently and sustainably in its remote setting.

Financial Governance and Procurement Management To ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency, ARG acted as the administrative backbone of the project. We effectively bridged the gap between technical planning and commercial reality by preparing precise Cost Estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). Furthermore, our team managed the end-to-end Bid Process, from documentation to the evaluation of tenders. By providing critical assistance in the award of contracts, we ensured that the project was procured efficiently, mitigating financial risks before ground was even broken.

Rigorous Execution Oversight and Quality Assurance Transitioning into the execution phase, ARG assumed full responsibility as the on-site Project Management Consultant. We implemented a strict regime of supervision and monitoring to safeguard the quality of construction. Our daily and monthly oversight covered material and resource management, ensuring that manpower was optimized and timelines were met. Crucially, we enforced rigorous safety protocols and conducted regular inspections to identify and rectify defects immediately. From the conducting of required technical tests to the final verification of contractor bills, ARG’s comprehensive coordination ensured that the MIRT Phase-II project was delivered to the highest standards of engineering excellence.
