Strategic Master Planning and Design The development of the Lake City Township required a social epicenter that could blend aesthetic appeal with functional utility. ARG commenced the engagement by preparing a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR), serving as the master blueprint for the facility. Our scope encompassed the full spectrum of Architecture & Engineering Services, delivering detailed architectural concepts, structural designs, and allied services for a versatile Sports Complex and Multi-Purpose Hall. Recognizing that sports facilities require an inspiring environment, our team also executed extensive Landscape Work, creating green spaces that harmonize with the broader township aesthetic.

Holistic Infrastructure Engineering Beyond the vertical construction of the sports complex, ARG was entrusted with the engineering of the supporting horizontal infrastructure. We designed and planned the essential lifelines of the site, including internal road networks, sewerage systems, water supply grids, and street lighting. This integrated approach ensured that the amenities were not just standalone structures but were fully serviced, accessible, and resilient components of the Lake City urban fabric.

Strategic Cost Advisory and Execution Oversight To ensure financial transparency and efficient project delivery, ARG provided Strategic Cost Advisory services. We prepared precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and managed the rigorous Bid Documentation process, safeguarding the client's financial interests. Transitioning into the execution phase, ARG acted as the Project Management Consultant on-site. Our teams provided continuous project supervision and monitoring, ensuring that the construction adhered strictly to the design specifications, quality standards, and timelines defined in the DPR.
