Technical Report · 2026-08
On an Indian project the information and approval chain runs on clocks that are written into some contracts and missing from others. This report sets out where response periods actually exist in Indian standard forms and in the international forms used here, what happens to time and money when those periods are missed, and what a defensible register and aging discipline looks like. It closes with what ISO 19650 information management adds to that chain, and what it deliberately leaves to the contract.
