Our work on the Raja Nahar Singh International Cricket Stadium, Faridabad, exemplifies this commitment. Commissioned by the Municipal Corporation Faridabad, ARG managed both the Cost and Project Management for the construction of the international cricket stadium and its hospitality facilities. The project demonstrates our ability to coordinate complex stakeholder ecosystems, ensure financial accountability, and maintain design integrity for a high-visibility public recreation asset intended to host national and international events.
Equally significant, the Ballabhgarh Bus Terminal Redevelopment showcases our ability to deliver transformative, large-scale civic projects under innovative development models. Designed over a 25-acre site, the project integrates a multimodal transit hub with retail, hospitality, and public amenities under a BOT/DFBOT framework, reflecting our expertise in blending commercial viability with civic functionality. The redevelopment aims to redefine urban mobility, create public spaces that serve both daily commuters and visitors, and enhance the overall urban experience through design-led infrastructure.
